Charge up for free at Tower Junction

Electric vehicle drivers can now charge up for free when they shop at Tower Junction. Ngāi Tahu Property has teamed up with Meridian Energy to install two new EV chargers in our car parks.

These new type 2, dual-port AC chargers will make it even more convenient for EV drivers in Ōtautahi-Christchurch to shop at all the great stores at Tower Junction. One is in the Whiteleigh Avenue parking area, between Wet and Forget and the Speight’s Ale House while the other is in the large car park near Caroline Eve and Number One Shoes.

There are more than 30 great shops, cafes, and restaurants at Tower Junction, offering everything from hardware to haircuts.

Our partnership with Meridian - who generate 100 per cent renewable energy through wind, water and sun - means that customers visiting our great Tower Junction retailers will be able to top up their EVs for free.
